Sorry took so long to reply back, just now seen the thread. My diet was just over 4 thousand calories. It consisted of: extra lean ground beef, chicken and pasta, natty peanut butter, oatmeal, eggs and casein and whey protein. It wasn't the 'cleanest' diet, but im always after the super mass and strength gains.

Once im up to at least 275lbs, ill think about a cut...maybe around 250ish.

Right now im around 236lb morning weight, and my gym owner pinched me just over 15% bf. I benched 315 for 5 clean reps(no arched back, elbows out, no bouncing) yesterday. So my strength is still improving.

My next cycle will be a Test/Deca cycle around the beginning of next year.
