i have only ever done 1 cycle and it was of test 250 about 6 months ago. i am looking to get back into gym hard and get on some legit stuff. i am 6ft 214 punds and have 22.5 % bf.... my goal is to get to 10% bf as i have alot of water retention and always have and the test 250 just made it worse as i did no research before taking it. i need some advice on what to take and what to stack with it. i have pretty good strength and size but would resally like to define my body everywere aswell as get big without all the water retention. most help an ideas greatly appreciated. p.s i know diet is key and will get advice on that aswell if any1 has the time to help me
