Had my first PT lesson in AGES with this new female trainer at my gym mainly because she's pretty good looking and I thought it would be a good way to start talking to her and eventually ask her to dinner, lol...
We trained legs. Now I like to think of myself as pretty good when it comes to legs but iv trained with myself to long and obviously haven't pushed myself hard enough. Silly me joking around said I bet u can't make me throw up! Regret that! She absolutely destroyed my legs after only 4 exercises infront of a packed gym and a few mates. Struggled to do my post workout cardio. Lol
Just shows it's good to have a PT lesson once in while with someone that's really going to push you...
