Okay, Just turned 21, and I want to start cycling something.
Weight 205, bench/squat/dl - 360/500/550
my main concern is to get stronger, and of course weight comes along with that. And I do not want alot of side effects. Like i don't want my face full of acne. etc... minimal sides are FINE.
