Most steroid users are not enthuisiasts. They are the average joe at the gym.

Diet is vital, of course. I am not saying diet is unimportant. It is vital. But I know I had the mentality that my diet was great when I started. I started at 25, and I am 27 now. I have about 30 years left in this game. There are innovations in training and diet daily.

If somebody runs a few cycles with shitty diet, I guarantee they will realize it is their diet. Just like me. And they learn from experience. That is how I understood the importance of diet; by wasting a couple cycles.

Yeah, learn as u go, that's the way 2 do it, dont take the time 2 do any research & make sure ur doin it rite from the start, just dive in head 1st & then figure it out. Just cuz u & mor than likely, quite a few others ignorantly did things this way, doesn't mak it rite or acceptable, its half assed & lazy. U probably didn't even run ur cycle(s) correctly @ 1st either (not that u would ever admit it), just waited til u got some side affect or health issue & THEN started doin some research, "learn as u go", rite??
