New member to the forum. Been training and lifting for years through high school and wrestling. I wrestled 171 my senior year, that was 2008. Since then I'm blown up to 195.(mostly fat) Just starting to get into Body building, I just turned 22 and just starting to really focus on my diet. Going to try to use the thread as a progress thread to keep me motivated. Feedback is welcome.

My legs are small compared to the rest of me. I am focusing on them alot more now. Also my chest has always been a weak point. Really training hard to improve.
