Anyone concerned about the amount of Metals in their bodies ?

There's plenty of data that suggest that Metals contribute to numerous diseases and premature aging.

Plus it is estimated that over ninety percent of cancer is caused by toxic chemicals and a Big contributor to Alzheimer's disease.

Everyone knows not to cook their foods in Non-stick Metal Pots/Pans that leave residues in their food (gee i hope everyone know this).

Metal poisoning comes from pollution, cooking utensils, deodorants, pesticides, etc., all have a devastating effect on the human body.

At one time, eating Clay was thought to be a solution to eliminating Excess metals in your system.

HOWEVER, it was later discussed that, while the concept of eating dirt has been practiced successfully by numerous cultures, some found the actual source of the clay to be toxic and poisoness (sigh).

Which leads me back to my question

What are you doing to eliminate Metals from your body?
