im 26yrs old. 5'7 160lbs lifting for about 2yrs. in that time i gained 25lbs. got 185 on my bench i do 6reps 3sets. ive read test-p is good cause out of ur system faster. then i see test-e&c is better? IDK wich to choose? HELP!
