    Maintenence Diet Critique

    80kg / 176lbs
    Looking to maintain while on pct and while priming for my bulking cycle im planning for the near future.

    Suplements
    Breakfast time - Creatine, Multi v, Milk Thisle, Vit D/Calcium & Tribulus
    Pre Workout - Glutamine
    Post Workout - Glutamine, BCAA Caps, 20g dextrose & 20g maltdextrin

    Total Protein : 248 grams
    Total Carbs: 155 grams
    Total Fat: 73 grams
    Total Calories: 2334

    Universal Ultra Whey Protein powder - 2 scoops
    Oats blended into shake - = 4 scoopes 140g
    Flaxseed oil 2 tbl spoon
    Bannana

    Canned chicken with light mayo / alternating with tuna
    Handfull of almonds - 20 almonds
