Hey guys ive been snooping around these boards for some time and i figured i might as well join and just ask my question.

training 6 years, serious 4, very serious 2
Goals: Make some nice LEAN gains for summer, i like my BF% now though even going down another percent or so would be ideal. i understand this is almost entirely to do with diet.
Diet:
4200kcal/day very clean all recorded
Routine:
Lifts every other day

Test E . My stuff is dosed at 15ml @ 250mg. I was thinking 500mg every 5 days (was recommended to me) but am willing to down the dose. I was also planning 10 wks but that depends on your guys advice. the dosing on my stuff seems like an awkward number so depending on what you tell me ill have to get another bottle.
PCT: i have clomid and nolva. was planning to take the nolva the DAY AFTER last pin, and clomid 14 DAYS AFTER last pin, however there seems to be alot of mixed idea on which to take or both. Please correct me if this is wrong.
