hry guys just wondering if anyone else gets cramping on var.i take 80 mg ed.40 am 40 1 hr prewrkout and boy after im done tranining i cant stop crampin.i drink tons of water and almost think maybe its from drinkin too much water and flushing out all my electrolytes or is it the var????
