so i have had coloitis/crohns for some time without having to change my diet too much. recently my stomach issues have been getting worst thats not allowing me to make any gains or making it difficult since im a hard gainer. im most likely going to have to toss my serrious mass gainer since its upsetting my stomch even after mixing it with soy. what other alternatives do i have so that i can continue to put mass. any special types of weightgainer or shakes, foods, etc u get the point
