I need cycle advice

Lunk1 I'm just under 5'11 188 I'm 34 it's my first cycle and I'm injecting 250 but I wanna bump it to 400 some are saying to break that up into 2 shots a week so if I did 250 on Tuesday when when should I do the other 150 or should I jjust wait till next Tuesday and do the whole 400 every week for there on in ...and what should I take while my cycle or do I wait till after cycle

These arfe good questions and it would seem that unfortunatly you have been given some poor advise along the way. Lets fix it!

1)Since you have STARTED your cycle are you runnung an AI? (do you know what that is) I like Arimedex at ,25mg ed YOU NEED TO GET SOMETHING ASAP

2)I would run your test C at 500 mg per week divided equally between to pins (so 225 mg per injection done twice a week) Start this on your next injection and continue the same. If you injected Tues then do the next one on Fri and continue on those 2 days.

3)You should have Clomid and Nolva for your PCT and they should be started 14 days after your last injection
