Letro Cycle - Gyno Reversal

I have a basic idea on Letro cycle's for Gyno reversal. I don't know the following:

-How long the cycle will last (obviously until the gyno is completely gone, but how long is that.)
-The dosage of Letro per day; I understand I must taper it down towards the end of the cycle.
-Is there anything else I must take with Letro, some people have said to run Tamox or Clomid but I have no idea what to believe.

I've done my share of reading up on various people's logs and cycles but they're all so radically different. I'd very much appreciate the help! Thanks guys.

When did you get the gyno?

I ran a cycle back in around April of M-Drol and then again after that and my nipples got puffy but not gyno. Then just recently, I'd say within the past 2 weeks, I've noticed a hardness under my left nipple.
