Stats: 5'9" 194lbs 14% bf
I am wandering if anyone has any advice for summer cycle to gain lean mass and shred up.
I am currently finishing a cycle of test. I'm gonna start PCT soon after. I have a good source were I live to get info from and trust but a 2nd opinion is always good. Have been taking my AI the entire time while on and haven't had any sides. Let me know what y'all think. Thanks
