On December 26th through January 1st I'll be traveling to Italy for vacation. If you know me, you know how dedicated I've been to my cutting process, and have shown pretty good process. We all know that Italy is a very carb oriented country, and I don't want to throw away all of my progress. I will be doing a lot of walking while I am there. I'm going to try to continue my IF protocol and not eat anything till about 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Our plan is to just buy a few snacks from local grocery stores and then have one good meal at the end of the day. I'm going to pack my BCAA's and every morning make a shaker bottle with about 50-60 grams of BCAA's and sip on that throughout the day to try and prevent muscle loss, because I'm sure my protein intake is going to be fairly low. I was even contemplating to not work out a few to couple days before I leave to ensure that my muscles are repaired and only have to worry about maintenance. Any thoughts on how I should approach this to minimize any loss/gains? I'd even be open to a good recipe that is solid and would stay good for about a week, like protein cookies or something like that. Any help would be appreciated.
