ok just to clarify.....hypothetically speaking, say you have an allowance of 2000 cals per day macro split of 250g pro, 125g carb and 30g fat.........could you eat this at anytime, could you have all your carbs at night a few hours before bed?...........does the timing affect fatloss?
having your carbs early morning vs evening......or does it not make a difference?
note....lets say this is on none training days.
