Got a lump on my shoulder after injection. It's not painful but it's hard and looks like there's oil under it or something. Should I be worried? I believe I may have injected under the skin. I believe it's starting to subside but I'm not sure. What should I do?
P.S. This is not my first injection, but this happens for the first time.
