i've been researching a few people's slingshot methods and my questions are: 8 weeks on, 2 off, 8 on? or 8 on, 4 off, 8 on? also i've read both 8 week cycles are both mass cycles... why couldn't you do a mass cycle, with dbol and test/npp or just test and the second 8 do a cutting cycle with tren a, test p, var? i know that nor's are not good at lenghts over 10/12 weeks but with the break in between would the nor's be bad on the body if you had 4 weeks in between? any ideas or people who have tried slingshot methods? all methods i've read had a pretty detailed diet and training regiment with it, just didn't know if anyone tried it... i'm thinking the roland way might be sweet (you can find if you search "slingshot" in search)
