Workout will be like this before i hit the road.

Chest: Incline Hammer (4 sets, 1 warmup and 3 working. 3 working will consist of 6-8 reps), BB Decline, Same principle.

Legs: Leg Press, 180 x 20 w/ 20 calf raises. 360 x 20 w/20 calf raises superset. Then 540 x 10 w/ 10 calf raises. Then i'll finish it off w/720lbs x 10 w 2 sets of calf raises by whatever i can muster.

Back: 3 sets close grip palms facing each other, Bent over bb rows x 4 sets.

Then delts and arms day.

I have no idea what I'm gonna be doing as I'm training with a guy who shows in the ifbb and asked what I was havin pics for the other week, I explained and he asked If I wanted to train with him when I could so today's that day
I think I'm gonna be sore and stiff tomorrow lol
