hey guys , im planning my next cutting cycle, i have some question...


1. How many week you should last on a cutting diet?

2. Ive read that more than 6 week on a cutting diet is bas, true?

3. Diet will be high protein , moderate carb, and the rest in EFA, is it a good idea to use R-ALA? (mixed with a medium thermogenic product)

4. Is one cheat night is ok per week?

5. if i do weight training then cardio, should i use Dextrose PWO or not? (insulin will stop burning fat process)

6. im planning to loose from 17% to 12% with this intense cutting cycle, is this a fair goal?
