I can't advise you on running both letro and nov together. I had a similar problem on cycle and was advised to follow the nov protocol that I posted up earlier and follow it right into pct. Once Pct starts just stay at 20 mgs.seeing how there is no need to frontload at that point. I ran clomid and nov for pct @ clo: 100/100/50/50 and nov:20/20/20/20/20. This worked well for me and wouldn't use letro again, personally I found it to harsh.
