I am thinking of doing my first cycle AS. I have done plenty of research and have access to Deca. I am not sure if I want to stack it with anything. My stats are 29 yrs old, 6'1, 190 with 15% body fat. My goal is not to become huge but achieve nice size with proportionally cut.

First question: How dosage of Deca would you recomend my cycle per week?

Second Question: Would Deca alone achieve results?

THird Question: By taking suppliments like cretine and whey protien at all the same time along with Deca can create a problem??
