A pretty cool before and after shot that I thought I'd share. I'm 23 years old and this photo was taken about 2 years after I had started training. I went from about 135 in the first photo to 202 in the second, I'm 5 foot 9. I'm down to about 194 now because I keep getting hurt so I've lost some size, my left knee won't heal so I can't deadlift or squat and my right shoulder gets irritated very easily. I am still drug free and always have been up to this point, will experiment in the future when the time is right.
