    first cycle

    Hey guys I've been working out for a while and I feel I'm ready for my first cycle of test 250 I'm going to run it for 12 weeks

    Age22
    Height-5'11
    Weight-220
    15%bodyfat

    Bench 380
    Deadlift 580
    Squat480

    I work hard in the gym any tips or advice or what can I expect out of my first cycle
    If you can help me out it would be greatly appreciated
