When you start looking at the percentage of BBs that die before 50 I do not think low bodyfat is a sure thing to a healthy body. But that is an opinion. It has been formed in the field during my 20+ year military career. Enter most BBs into bootcamp they would never pass the mandatory times for the runs which leads to my theory. If you cannot run 3-miles at sub 10-minute pace you are not healthy....don't care if you are 8% bf.
