    am i right in thinking this when cutting ????

    so ive been hearing about "carb loading" when on a strict cutting diet am i right in thinking say you do a very strict cut for 2 weeks with extemerly low carbs that one day every 2 weeks you should have a day when you eat a load of carbs to fuel up and it wont slow down your fat loss gains ?? not saying pizza etc more like oats,nuts,potato's wholegrain bread etc i know id love to start the day with 3 pieces of wholegrain bread smothered in peanut butter !!!!!!!
