    Question 3rd cycle, hows it lookin

    Well this is my 3rd, so i,ll tell you my first 2 cycles 1st.
    1st cycle was 9 weeks long with 500mg test enth in the 1st week and 250mg for the rest with d-bals (nerabol) for the 9 weeks at 30mg/dat for the 1st 2 weeks and decressed by 5 mg/day every 2 weeks until i was taking 10mg/day.
    2nd was the same but only ran the d-bols from week 1 to 5 and ran testoviron at 500mg/week for 8 weeks.

    I have Arimidex 0.25mg tabs to take 1 tab eod through out the entire cycle and saw pallmeto and liquid milk thistle and will be drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice.
    I am currently 240lbs with 15 to 20% BF (i,m guessing) and 6'-1/2" tall. Been training for almost 3 years and want to gain around 15 GOOD pounds and harden up a bit. I will do cardio 3 or 4 times a week for 20 to 30 min each time. Oh and it,s all Chinese gear.
    Well what would you change if you were me?
