Whats up all,

So im having problems cracking 80kg, Im stuck at 77kg.. Calories to gain is approximately 2800 and i generally eat between 2800-3600 a day..

Diet consists of the following,

Breakfast
3 piece toast
3 tbsp peanut butter
100g nonfat greek yogurt C =54g, P=31g, F =27g = 561 Cals

Meal 2:
ON Mass Shake P=60, C=70 = 600 cals

Meal 3:
1.5 cup rice
150 grams beef
Vege stirfry C=66g, P=42g, F= 24g = 677 cals

Meal 4:
2 rices cakes
2 tbsp peanut butter
180g chicken C =25g, P=65g, F=23g = 554 cals

Meal 5:
Chicken 100g
Spinach
30g Almonds
Olives C= 5g, P=39g, F=26g = 400 cals

Meal 6:

150g steak or fish
Broccoli and sweet potato C=18g, P=39g, F=33g = 530 cals

Bedtime
Cottage cheese/ casein/ casein custard = 30g protein 150-200 cals
Approx. 3600 calories.

This is without counting the PWO shake which is another 400 cals..

Is there any reason as to why i can't crack 80kg? My macros are out? Each week my lifts are going up steadliy and i can see my body improving just the scales refuse to budge..
