Making a log for this upcoming cycle. Wanted to do this right so I hired a coach. He won amateur mr Olympia (don't want to give year or name). He layed out my diet, gear, and workouts. Will be running 250mg test e eod, 200mg eq eod, 4iu hgh ed, 50mg winstrol ed. My goal is to enter my first bodybuilding competition at the end of next year and have around 20 lbs added muscle and be around 5% bf on comp day. Gear and diet will
change throughout the year depending on progress.
