Im thinking 100mcg might be the place to start and make sure you get real igf. I think there is a ton of garbage out there that wont do shit. I think that's why people either love it or hate it. I think if people use real IGF they have the potential to like it but there is so much garbage out there that you see just as many people say it doesnt do anything. Now I have not used it so Im not exert but I have been looking into it and thats what I am thinking is going on.
The thing is I see people I respect a lot saying both things. Some that its really good or some saying that its garbage. When looking into igf I found out that it needs to be made a special way or its not active at all when you inject it. That could very well explain the discrepancies in what well respected people are saying.
