Anyone here done a real insulin cycle?

I see a few unbelievable stories on here about people's insulin cycles/ experience.

I would like to hear about anyone how was done a SAFE-ish insulin cycle. Used the ten gram carb rule, started around 5 iu's per pin and progressed up

Would like to know about fat gain on slin

Also am I ready?

I am
27 years of age white
225 lbs
15 percent bf
Bodybuilding style lifting for 6 years.
Dieting clean for 4 months
Bench 265
Squat 325
Deadlift 380

Have cycled
Sust 250 for ten weeks
Test cyp four times from 10 to 15 weeks
Currently on trt at 250 mg cyp,500 iu hcg,Adex as needed

May drop the hcg during insulin cycle

Planing to running clen after slin
