I'm on my first cycle and I had a question about the AI I received from my source (see attached photos). I'm 30 years old and have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism as well as chronic low T. I work out on a regular basis and compete in cycling events on an amateur level but haven't been able to get the body I've been after. I am on week 2 of my Test E cycle. I am injecting Test E 500mg per week. I have done my due diligence and read all of the educational stickies about doing my first cycle. As well as read many of the questions others have posted.
My question is related to dosage of the AI that I have received. I see most of the recommended AI dosages are at .25mg EOD. I have Arimidex pills that are 2.5mg per capsule and I also have an Anastrozole liquid that is 1mgx30ml. I just wanted to double check that I am not taking too high of a dose of the AI. I realize that I need some estrogen levels in order to be balanced. Since these capsules are a lot more than .25mg, should I space them out longer? or would it be wise to just use the anastrozole liquid? If the liquid is the way to go, its .25cc to equal .25mg right?
