Hey guys, just want to say how awesome this forum is, very positive and super helpful. I'm a 31 year old with 14% BF and have been active my whole life. I am looking to take my boxing to the next level. I don't compete and this is more of a one-upsmanship thing with my fellow meat heads. Again, this would be my very first time.

I want to start with a very basic and "safe" cycle. I have this so far:

Weeks 1-12: Testosterone Enanthate, 300mg, E3D
Weeks 1-4: Dbol, 50mg, ED

For cardio I was going to take Singulair.

I would really appreciate some feedback on this part. I'm not sure how to increase cardio, which is an important part of why I'm doing this.


Something important I want to note: I already take clomid 50 mg 3 times a week and arimidex 2 times a week. Would I be able to just pick this routine back up after my cycle? I'm really confused on the PCT and want to make sure I get this right. Any help is appreciated.

Bonus question: Should I add HCG in?
