I find it funny when i go to the gym and find little single water bottles. Personally I take a 1.5 liter jug with me filled with water (plus bcaa and glutamine). And kill it by the time I'm done . I can't see what 1 little bottle will do for hydration. Almost is like evidence at a crime scene telling me that people are doing some soft ass training or they have no knowledge of importance of hydration. Or they take their jug with them when they leave. Lol
