    Exclamation Log of my Training/diet & drug protocol starting today :) input welcome!

    started my latest cycle today of testosterone/anadrol/HGH/insulin.

    will be training 2 days on 1 day off. arms are my focus this time. split being:
    day 1: Chest, Delts & Traps.
    day 2: Biceps & Triceps.
    REST
    day 3: Back & calfs.
    day 4: Triceps & biceps.
    REST
    day 5: Legs.
    day 6: Biceps & Triceps.
    REST & REPEAT.

    I will be pinning 1ml/250mg of testosterone Enanthate on training days rotating pecs,delts & quads. and will be pinning 6iu pharma grade HGH on training days 3iu AM & 3iu PM & fast acting insulin (humalog) on training days 6 units AM & 6 units PM also 50mg anadrol pre workout.

    DIET & HGH/SLIN TIMING:
    3iu HGH followed 20 minutes later with 6 units humalog followed with meal 1:
    Meal 1: 50g dextrose, 25g whey isolate, 5 whole eggs & 100g oats.
    Meal 2: 150g lean beef, 250g white basmati & greens
    Meal 3: 200g chicken breast, 250g white basmati rice & greens
    TRAIN
    Post training 3iu HGH followed 20 minutes later with 6units humalog followed with meal 4:
    Meal 4: 50g dextrose, 50g whey isolate, 100g oats & banana.
    Meal 5: 200g trout or salmon, 250g white basmati rice & greens

    Protein 270g
    Carbs 450g
    Fats 120g

    Any input welcome! will post photos tomorrow and keep you guys posted good to go ?
