    Hey gents..

Long time lurker, but decided to join up today. Way too much good info on this board to not try to contribute in some way.

    Not sure on BF%?

I've enjoyed lifting on an off over the years. But something "clicked" last November. I was watching the movie "Knight and Day" Tom Cruise says " you know someday, is just code for never" it hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm 45 years old, I've been in decent shape, but NEVER had the body that I wanted. And if I don't do it now, when was I going to do it? When I'm 50? 60? It's only going to get harder... I was always the Tall/Skinny guy. Started lifting again with purpose, and getting my diet dialed in.

I have gone back and forth, but have decided to run my first cycle starting in the next 30 days. I'll be posting up the plan for feedback. Being very careful with this, and not jumping into it. I have the gear, but am holding off until I know exactly what PCT I want to run, AI etc, and have everything X2 on hand. Hoping to get to 220-225 and leaner. Really would like to see if there is another couple abs under the spare tire.
