    Cool -= My DNP Cycle =-

    I will be doing a seven day cycle at 200mg/day...

    Stats:
    5'11
    192lbs
    36" waist

    I'm doing DNP because i seem to be stuck at the 190lb area, so i will be taking a week off from cardio and i'm hoping after a week of not doing cardio, it will become effective again. I'm looking to lose hopefully lose a good amount of weight during this time.

    This is also my last week of my ECA and then I am going to take a 2-3 week break from all my supplements.
