Longest I have stopped over my 25 year smoking career was 4-5 years, another for over 3 - then multiple 6-12 month no smoking runs
Shit. I smoked from when I was 13-25. Got up to 2 packs a day of Kool Super Long. One of the main reasons I never relapsed was that I never want to go through the withdrawals again.
