Well fellas,
Getting old sucks. I be turning 51 in 4 days. Here is the situation if I life heavy not I start to get pain in my fingers joints. Got it checked and no it?s not arthritis. So I said to myself ok while I rest my fingers I should do cardio. Walking on treadmill (while holding the bar) give my upper back pain. So I thought ok let?s do stair master. Knees hurt. How do I workout without hurting. Is there any good book? I can?t workout without weights. Any help will be appreciated.
I am on HRT for 18 years can’t even take more then 200 mg/2 weeks makes my blood too thick.
