I know I'll probably be flammed for this but thats Ok...

Me and a friend started a cycle of Test 2. Basically I'm just learning but I want more info, to double check/contradict my friends info. -=)

First question, 1 cc = # mgs ?


I should be running 500mgs a week of test 2 correct? is that 3 cc's a week, split into a few days so for example Mon. 1 cc WEd 1 cc Fri. 1cc ?


Are their any supplements, vitamins I should be taking? Right now I'm only on Protein Shakes, and a daily vitamin... should I add b-12, and/or others?

And how much protein should I be putting away everyday, I've heard everything from how much you weigh to double your weight...
