I tried some of that gel stuff (just a little bit) I used it as per the directions for 3 days, I didn't notice a huge difference, but it did make my abs and obliques tighter, in fact other people noticed too so I know I was not imagining it.. I think it works somewhat but for thge price of $100 a bottle it's definetly not worth it.
