    Question from Canada

    first, hello guys, this is a great board!

    I'm 24, 210lbs bodyfat ?? and have been training for about 10 years, seriously training for the past 3 though.
    I can gain weight so fast it is freaky!
    My strentgh is like that too.
    Anyways, I have been training good for the past 3 years and have come to the conclusion that I am ready to become a man.
