I start cutting monday. I figured if i kept a good diary/log it would hep me with my progress. I'll be doing A.M cardio 45 minutes before school each day. I'll be using Swolecats diet (sorry can't post it ) and i'm deciding whether or not to take the new Xenadrine that is out along with amino acids, multivitamins and flax seed oil. The workout won't change too much...The reps will increase, the weight may slightly decrease. Wish me luck guys! I'm excited to see what the results will be.
