My girl is doing a fitness/figure show here in the states in the next few months, and she wants to do some clen. She leans out faster than anyone I ever seen without using it, and I told here she doesnt really need it. I personally dont know enough about it, because I have never used it. Is the pump or tabs more effective? Ive checked around and of course I alway get different opinions in my area, so I thought I would ask you fellas. And how would you cycle it and with what dosage? I was thinking 50mcg every 2 days, then 2 days off.. then see what happens in about 2 weeks. I know everyone is different, so its hard to say. She is weighing in at 104, with 11% bodyfat.
