Yea it is a fear of carbs. They got me fat in the first place. Logically you are right and I am convinced enough to start eating them again - gradually.
My trainer has been telling me for quite a while that with all the cardio i do (and i cut that way back too cause I was getting scared my weight was dropping too fast) that I'll burn them off no prob.
Did I mention: the rice tasted gooooooooood. And it made me feel soooooo stuffed all afternoon kinda bloated. Maybe I'll go crazy and pick up a dry bagel before work.
