Here ya go..i'm 26 yrs old...5'5" 158lbs...never juiced...the supplements I take is Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein and Glucosamine/MSM. Don't get me wrong..I've thought about dip'n the sauce! Heh..maybe sometimes down the road....wanna see how far I can take it go'n natural..with the asian genes I gots..not too far heh. The pictures was taken about 3 months ago...I've lost a lot of fat around the waist area and the 6 pack is show'n up finally! Don't be too harsh on me....but feel free to criticize!
