I work as a teacher during the day...run my own landscape business afternoon and night.
With all the walking I do due to mowing (anywhere from 1-4 hrs total) is it unwise to do much more cardio? I am 6'1", 243 (down from 265) and much of the cardio has been through my mowing.
Add more cardio? (been doing a couple mornings per week for 45min)
I can provide more info if needed. I'm just not sure if I'll be OVERdoing this fat burning and tapping into muscle, even at my size.
Been keeping cals between 2000-2500, protein aprox 300g.
