Shakes are not food.
Up your food intake by at least 50%.
I dont know what your training is like but stick to basic compound movements...and go freakin heavy! Keep a journal and strive to steadilly increase.
I have said time and time again...eating is the hardest part of BBing.

must be the intensity with your training. i have qv gear and during my whole cycle i've been taking in 2000-2500 calories hardly any carbs on off days,and mostly protien shakes. i only take 200-250 grams of protien per day.that's just me though,if i take in more calories i get fat.![]()
