You could run eq with that to harden the muscle you gain and to help scred up some. But you are not taking enough of the others. Both of the others you are taking should be injected every third day to keep the levels in your body high enough and steady enough to really build. Congrats on the seven LBS but you could be gaining much much more bro.

First of all don't listen to him. This is your first cycle and eq is not needed. No one should take eq, deca, and sust on a first cycle... ... I just don't understand why you say he should add it. As for taking a min of 1cc each time, that's a crock too. You can take .25cc or .5 , you don't have to take 1cc each time. As for your cycle this is what you should do

wk 1-12 500mgs sust
wk 1-11 300mg deca
run 10mgs nolva and .25mgs l-dex throughout cycle.

As for the sust just take 3/4 cc eod and shoot the deca twice a week. Remember to take the sust eod....

Ok i go whit that, thanks for helping out. I take nolva 10mgs day and i l-dex shouldent be any problems to get.
